sukan tahunan ke-30 smp

学校运动会(20/2/2009)
今年,是我最后一年再smp的运动会了,有点舍不得的咯。
唉,算了,迟早都会毕业的啦。
今年的运动会没什么气氛(我觉得)。
感觉上没比往年来得好(我觉得)。
算了,都过了。。哈哈
今年好多奇迹哦。
奇迹1:
在邀请赛的时候,SMP 意外输给KEP0NG BARU(我是很不爽啦)
明明要赢了的,就差一点,就那么一点,就输了。
颁奖时,
第三名:大家还有给掌声的
第二名:全场欢呼(因为是东道主,嘻嘻)
第一名:全场喝倒彩(当然咯,而且应该的。哈哈!)。
奇迹2:
tanjung pembarisan拿第一名。我真的想都没想过,连在梦里都没这样想过的咯。
sh0ck 了一下叻。
奇迹3:
st.j0hn 操步拿第一名。当然,我是开心的咯。
我就是不爽老师,st.j0hn喊口号时,仅敢说我们吵。死啦,rumah sukan 可以喊,做么badanberunif0rm不可以喊??笨蛋。
奇迹4:
krs竟然没有穿制服比赛。
我真的犹如金刚摸不着头脑
奇迹完毕。
今年是我最忙得sukan。忙咯,忙得不可开交。哈哈。
不够还是很开心啦。
胜败乃兵家常事。
我知道有些人会很伤心,因为在某项比赛输了。
但是,是这样的咯。天意弄人嘛。就好像我去年这样。
我。。我。。我。。
输得一败涂地。
真得很伤心的咯。

Tips 0n c0ping with stress f0r studentssss

I am sure the w0rd 'stress' is a w0rd that is familiar t0 us - especially th0se wh0 are studying f0r their SPM examinati0n . Stress is caused by the feeling 0f w0rry 0r pressure ab0ut a particular pr0blem in life(haiz....) . F0r student like us , stress 0r pressure is a result 0f the high expectati0ns that 0ur family and teachers put 0n us(hate them-__-'''). The pressure 0f c0mpetiti0n am0ng 0ur friends t00 can am0unt t0 stress. n0 matter h0w y0u l00k at it, there is n0 way 0f escaping stress . Theref0re, it is imp0rtant that we find ways t0 c0pe with it t0 reduce the level 0f stress . The m0st imp0rtant things is t0 keep y0urself healthy . There are a number 0f things that y0u sh0uld d0 t0 ensure y0ur health is always in g00d shepe(fuy0h,just like my b0dy shape-watermel0n..l0lz)

Exercise is very imp0rtant . It n0t 0nly keeps 0ur b0dy health it als0 ensure 0ur bl00d fl0ws pr0perly t0 the brain . Sitting and studying f0r h0urs with0ut any exercise can incerases the level stress(that why i like 0n9 with0ut sitting..l0lz..is 2 exercise my finger). That is why it is advisable that y0u have half-an-h0ur break every tw0 h0urs 0f y0ur study time(if s0,study wh0le year als0 cant finish 1 page la..). It is during this break that y0u sh0uld d0 a few light exercise t0 keep the bl00d fl0wing . It is als0 advisable at 0ther times y0u g0 f0r walks,j0gging 0r play sp0rts t0 keep y0ur mind healthy(y0u can get 0ther exercise that u like,0r y0u can capy mine--0n9..l0lz).

Keeping the b0dy healthy by merely exercising is n0t sufficient . It is als0 essential that y0u eat a balanced diet. )ur b0dy needs nutriti0n t0 pr0duce energy t0 study . Y0u must als0 ensure that Y0u en0ugh meals everyday. Do n0t skip meals . A hungry st0mach will 0nly aggravate the situati0n and make y0u feel m0re stressed 0ut .

Many students cut d0wn 0n their sleeping h0urs because they study , late int0 the night (i 0nly ll 0n9 until nidnite..dun c0py my style..l0lz). And the next day they have t0 wake up early. As a result, they c0me t0 sch00l with their 'panda eyes'(cute wat..just like me..l0lz)

Last but n0t least,i wish my friends can pass their exam with flying c0l0ur..
